Harold Smith started working for College Pro Painter's while he was at school in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He later received a degree in Commerce from the University of Manitoba. Opening his own franchise of College Pro Painter's in 1989, Seattle, Washington was the turf he operated under. Having a need to move back to Canada to expand into a larger company and live with his wife, he opened up his very own CertaPro Painter's franchise. Becoming one of the best run CertaPro Painter's franchises in the country, Harold has honed his craft in the painting industry to become one of Northern Vancouver's finest painting contractors.
